Q: How does trade/consignment work? When can I take my stuff in?

Q: When will you be getting (this toy, piece of equipment, etc) in?
A: Hard to say! Our trade days are Tuesday and Thursday, so those are the best times to come in and see. Or, you are always more then welcome to call and ask if we have a specific item you are looking for in. Our phone number is (831) 438 7245.
Q: Do you have gift certificates?
A: Yes we do! Gift certificates make great presents, so if you're not sure what you want to get your child, the mom to be, etc. then a gift certificate is a fantastic idea.
Q: Why can't I use my trade dollars on new merchandise?
A: You cannot use your trade on new merchandise because we pay for those products out of pocket. In other words, we would loose money if trade could be used on it.
Q: Do you have any customer loyalty programs? Can I be part of it?
A: We have a frequent customer card. If you don't already have one, ask for one next time you come in! Every time you spend money we mark the card. Once you have spent $100.00 (it adds up fast!), you earn $5.00 off your next purchase.
Q: I want to be kept updated about the latest news, sales, and items you get in! How can I do that?
A: To be kept in the loop, there are a few options. You can sign up for our e-newsletter on this page. Or, you can join our Facebook group which is updated frequently.
Q: What type of payments do you take?
A: We accept cash and credit/debit cards- including American Express! We have $5.00 minimum for cards. Sorry, but we are no longer accepting checks.
